Air Division

TSE’s Air Division offers complete range of air pollution control technologies that safely and cost effectively address complex air pollution challenges. From over a decade we have proved our expertise in the design, installation and service of dust, smoke, fume and mist collection systems. Dust Extraction and Collection Systems

Our Air division design and manufacture custom made industrial extraction and dust collection systems for various processes such as Grinding, Buffing, Polishing, Pulverizing, Packing, Crusher, Transfer points, vibratory screens, boilers etc. For industries like Automobile, Sugar, Cement, Power plants, refineries, electronics, and other industries.

Fume Extraction and Scrubbing Systems

TSE design systems for extraction and scrubbing of Acidic fumes generated during various processes such as Pickling, Chrome plating, Nickel plating, Galvanizing, Salt bath, Furnaces, etc. of Steel, Automobile, Pipe manufacturing, Chemical and other industries.

Pressurization & Ventilation Systems

TSE manufacture pressure systems for creating a positive pressure thereby filtering dust particles inside the Electrical MCC Rooms, Rectifier Rooms, Sub-station Buildings, Load Centres, Engine Assembly Halls, Compressor Houses, Blower rooms, DG Halls and Turbine Buildings etc. of Cement, Steel, Fertilizer, Chemical and other industries.

HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems)

These systems are designed to create comfortable working conditions for workforce; machine and materials inside Electrical control stations, sub station buildings, Office areas, Administrative buildings etc. of Cement, Steel and other industries and also power houses.

Mill motor ventilation & mill hood exhaust systems

For cooling of the winding temperature of various types of Mill Motors of Cement, Steel and other Industries and for exhaust and collection fumes generated during rolling process of Cold Rolling Mill.

Propeller type Fans

We build custom made wall mounted type axial flow fans with cast alloy aluminium impellers having fixed or variable pitch angle aerodynamic blade in direct/ V-belt driven arrangement.

Axial flow fans

In wall mounting/ tubular casing design with cast alloy aluminium impellers having fixed or variable pitch angle aerodynamic blades for direct/ V-belt driven arrangement

Centrifugal blowers

In single inlet single width design with backward curved, straight radial, straight or flat backward sloped bladed impeller for low, medium and high pressure application

Limit load blowers

In single inlet single width and double inlet double width design with double current backward tip bladed impellers for low pressure applications.

Centrifugal blowers

In single inlet single width design with backward curved, straight radial, straight or flat backward sloped bladed impeller for low, medium and high pressure application.

Pulse Jet Bag Filters

We design and manufacture pulse jet bag filters in rectangular or cyclonic design for separation of particulate matter from impure air coming out of various industrial application in Cement, Steel, Automobile, Rubber, Ceramic Industries, Flour Mills, and Rice mills.

Cyclone type dust collectors

Design and manufactured to handle heavy dust particles for different industrial process in single configuration. Cyclone type dust collectors can also be used as pre collector in a dust extraction system.

Spray painting booths

For exhaust and removal of paint mist/ fumes generated during painting processes in various industrial manufacturing process. Design in capacity ranging from 5,000 CMH to 25,000 CMH for specific processes.

Dual skin air handling units

We design both in floor and roof mounted designs both in horizontal and vertical configuration made out of plasticized GI sheets, with puff insulation, heating / cooling coils, imported backward / forward curved blower in wide range of capacities from 2000 CMH to 1,00,000 CMH .
